  • We start with a discovery call to learn about your loved one and what kind of story you’d like to preserve. Then, we send a short family questionnaire to help us get to know their background, personality, and the moments that matter most. Using that, we craft a custom set of thoughtful, engaging questions tailored just for them.

    Once the interviews begin—either in person or over video—we move at their pace, keeping things conversational and comfortable. Many people find it feels more like talking with an old friend than being “interviewed.” Afterward, we carefully shape their words into a beautifully written story, and you’ll receive a printed book, audio keepsake, and depending on the package selection, a video that can be cherished for generations.

  • Turnaround depends on the package. StoryKeeper content is delivered monthly, with a printed book provided at the end of the interview series. Legacy Stories are typically completed within 8–10 months.

  • Yes! While most stories center around one individual, we can include couples, siblings, or close family members by request. Just let us know during your discovery call.

  • That’s completely okay, and very common. We approach every interview with warmth, patience, and curiosity. We guide the conversation gently and help people feel comfortable and seen.

  • Absolutely. We encourage it. You can send digital files or physical copies (which we will return), and we’ll thoughtfully incorporate them into the final product.

  • No problem, many of our clients do. We travel for in-person interviews if the Legacy Story package is selected or we can conduct high-quality remote interviews via video.
