💬 After signing up, you’ll receive a simple scheduling link where you or your loved one can book a time that works best. We offer flexible availability, including weekends and evenings!

Q: What if my loved one isn’t comfortable with technology?
💬 No worries! We can conduct sessions via phone or video call (Zoom)—whichever they’re most comfortable with. No complicated setups required!

Q: Can I reschedule if something comes up?
💬 Absolutely! Life happens. Just give us at least 24 hours' notice, and we’ll reschedule at no extra charge.

Q: What if my loved one isn’t a “natural storyteller”?
💬 That’s where we come in! Our interviews are gentle, guided conversations—no pressure, just real stories at their own pace. We ask thoughtful questions that spark meaningful memories, even in the most reserved people.

📖 The Keepsake Book & Audio

Q: How do the recordings work?
💬 After each session, we save and store the high-quality audio securely. At the end of the year, you’ll receive all recordings as digital files to keep forever.

Q: What will the final keepsake book look like?
💬 Your loved one’s stories will be professionally transcribed, lightly edited, and compiled into a high-quality, bound book. You’ll have the option to order additional copies for family members!

Q: Can I choose specific topics or stories for my loved one to share?
💬 Absolutely! If there are specific moments or memories you want captured, we’ll tailor the conversations to include those. We also provide thoughtful prompts to make storytelling easy.

💳 Payments & Pricing

Q: How much does the subscription cost?
💬 We offer three flexible subscription options based on the length of the storytelling session each month:

🔹 $99/month – 60 minutes per month (One 60-minute storytelling session with high-quality audio recording)
🔹 $149/month – 90 minutes per month (One 90-minute storytelling session OR two 45-minute sessions, with audio recording)
🔹 $199/month – 120 minutes per month (One 2-hour session OR two 60-minute sessions, with audio recording)

Q: Can I cancel anytime?

💬 Yes! If you’re on the monthly plan, you can cancel anytime—no long-term commitments. You’ll still receive any recordings from past sessions.

Q: What happens if we don’t complete all 12 months?

💬 If you decide to stop early, we’ll provide all completed recordings and transcripts. You’ll also have the option to purchase a partial keepsake book with the stories collected so far.
